By accessing or using Konnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Konnect.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
To use Konnect, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another party without our consent.
Certain services are provided on a subscription basis.
By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You agree not to:
Use Konnect for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the software.
Misuse social media APIs or violate third-party platform policies (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Konnect and all related materials are the property of Bizkonnect Pty Ltd.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business or personal use.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Your use of Konnect is also governed by our Privacy Policy (https://konnectpost.com/privacy).
By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use Konnect will immediately cease.
Konnect is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizkonnect Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizkonnect Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of Konnect or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
